Bespoke Longevity Partners, PLLC, doing business as 7Longevity, operates this website. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website.

What We Collect

When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the contact details you provide (typically name, email, and phone). If you complete the optional Health Oversight Assessment before submitting, your five tier selections are included with the inquiry so we can tailor the follow-up conversation.

We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. It records page views, referrers, approximate country, and device category. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. Identifiers are reset daily and are not linked to you personally.

If you arrive through an advertising link or referral URL, we store the campaign identifier in a cookie so we can attribute your inquiry to the source. UTM parameters persist for up to 30 days; Google click identifiers (GCLID) persist for up to 90 days. No advertising networks receive your information.

How We Use It

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to schedule a discovery conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Clinical Privacy

This website does not collect protected health information (PHI). If you become a client, your clinical privacy rights — including HIPAA protections — are covered by a separate notice provided during enrollment.

Data Deletion
